My orders been shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?

Tracking information is not available until your order has been shipped out. And, regarding how you place your order (online or in-house with a sale. Rep) tracking will be emailed if you place your order online the day your shipment is shipped. For in-house orders you may call us here toll free:

| What is your Returns Policy? |
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If in any case you are dissatisfied with a purchase/damaged (during transportation), we’ll assist you with a prompt replacement of your return(s) or if our inventory does not permit; then you will be given a store credit.
All returns must be notified within 7 days of receipt and must be accompanied by an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a Return and Exchange form. or a Copy of your Invoice. To obtain your RMA number you may email us at info@hbjus.com or info@hollywoodbodyjewelry.com you may also call us at 1-310-532-2225 (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM (Pacific Standard Time). If you cannot obtain an RMA form, please make a copy of your invoice and write the RMA# on the top right and corner.
How to Return / Exchange
A return and exchange form is inserted with every package. Click here for a printable return and exchange form.
- Any items returned due to wrongly ordered such as (ex: wrong size, color, style, dissatisfaction, ordered by mistake), when received will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns will be processed as exchange or store credit on your online account only/no refunds (please note if there are no transactions within 6 month of your last store credit given, your store credit will automatically be voided).
- Store credit % received previously for the returned items will be deducted from the total credit to be given.
- Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
- Please note that we will not honor any items that have passed our 7 day grace period.
- Any items without the original packaging or already sold to the customer will not be honored.
Packaging and Return Instructions:
- Along with an return and exchange form, package your returns in a secure box or padded envelope
- Ship by using USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, or other legitimate parcel carriers.
- Hollywood Body Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or damaged package(s), So please ship your packages insured with tracking for your safety.
- Any returns received due to poor packaging, will not be honored.
- Any returns with no item codes or invoice #, will not be honored.
- Keep your shipping receipt until you have fully received your exchange or credit.
Returns, Other Shipping and Handling Info:
- Re-shipping and credits are not issued until your returns are received
- If items are returned from orders that received free shipping discount, original shipping will be charged.
- If you have an exchange for the same item on defected products, no additional shipping & handling charges will incur.
- Hollywood Body Jewelry DOES NOT send any form of return labels.

| I am shipping my order outside of the U.S. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes? |
When you place an international order at www.hbjus.com or with an in-house sales rep, you authorize our shipping carrier (UPS) customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue (depending on country) to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes.
**(Applies to Canada Shipping) duties are determined as a percentage of the total amount of goods purchased. Goods and Services Tax (GST) Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required by law. The GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to which the merchandise is shipped. All duties and taxes collected are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities.
Shipping outside the U.S.A: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Hollywood Body Jewelry ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

| If I start on an order online and do not finish will my cart be saved automatically? |

Regarding your order that you’ve started, your cart will be saved automatically for a good 2 weeks. But be “Sure” to log back in the same computer you started your order on. If you were to log into another computer to add to your present order…do not be alarmed you will not be able to see your order, but your order is not vanished. You will have to go back to the computer you started your order on.
