• Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of your package, and occasionally by the merchandise ordered (i.e. display units).

• For all domestic shipments to the contiguous 48 states, free shipping via UPS Ground will be given to orders over $300.00 USD (excluding display units). Customers in Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for free shipping on orders above $700.00 USD. *The total sum of the order must exceed $300.00 USD after all eligible discounts, store credits, and deductions have been calculated.
  
  
• East Coast customers that place orders over $500.00 are eligible for a Free 2nd Day Upgrade (order process may take up to 24~48hrs)! *The total sum of the order must exceed $500.00 USD after all eligible discounts, store credits, and deductions have been calculated.
  
  
• Shipments that are sent out as C.O.D. payments will be responsible for a service charge of $11.00 USD from the freight company.
  
  
• We are unable to ship to APF/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

The transit time for your shipment depends entirely on your method of shipping, and in the case of orders placed with UPS Ground, how far you are located in relation to us. Customers that require a faster shipping method can choose from one of the following Express options: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Express Saver (3 day service).

Orders with priority shipping are guaranteed to ship the same day it is processed, as long as the order is received before our daily cutoff time of 10 AM Pacific Standard Time. Orders that are shipped by Ground will be sent out within 24-48 hours of the order being put into process, and the transit time will depend on your location. Please refer to the following map for details:

UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select, where such services are available (all 50 states and Puerto Rico).

The guarantee does not apply to UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond the control of UPS, including but not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept the delivery of the shipment; acts of God; any delays due to natural disasters.

If your shipment was delayed in any way due to the reasons stated above, HBJ and UPS are not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.

We will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen if there was no “Signature Requirement” service on the package. Please check the “Signature Required” option during check out in order to ensure the safe delivery of your package. There is a $4.00 signature requirement fee that will be added to your shipping cost.

If in any way your shipment was delayed due to the following, HBJ and UPS is not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.

The guarantee does not apply to UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; and any delay due to natural disasters.

We will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen shipped to a "Residential Address" if there was no signature required service on the package.
Please check "signature required option" during check out session to have "signature required service" on your package when shipping out to a residential address.
The signature requirement fee will be $4.00 added to your shipping cost.

Please carefully check both your billing and shipping address before finalizing any order. If in any case there is an error in your shipping information, you may be assessed any of the following:

• If your address is residential and you mark commercial, there will be a $4.00 fee added
• If there is any error in your shipping address (such as street number, name, suite number, etc.) that requires correction, UPS will charge a correction fee of $15.00 that you must be responsible for.
