Forgot Your Password
In order to ensure that your new password does not get caught in span or junk mail filters, you can add info@hbjus.com to your friends list.
Steps to Recovering Your Password:
- 1. Click the ‘Forgot your password’ button on the popup window.
- 2. Enter your email address into the input box when requested.
- 3. Click the ‘Submit’ button.
- 4. After submitting your login email, you will receive a notification stating that we have sent you an email with the temporary password.

Notice: For security reasons the password recovery requests can only be submitted up to 3 consecutive times. If by any chance you need to request another temporary password, you can try again after 5 minutes.
- 5. An email will be sent to your login email containing your temporary password. You can use this password to log-in to the site.
