How The Rates Are Calculated

  • Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of your package, and occasionally by the merchandise ordered (i.e. display units).
  • All shipping fees are subject to change.
  • If there are any out of stock items that change the weight of the package, the shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
  • All out of stock items are not charged when your package is shipped.

Free Shipping

  • For all domestic shipments to the contiguous 48 states, free shipping via UPS Ground will be given to orders over $300.00 USD (excluding display units). Customers in Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for free shipping on orders above $1000.00 USD. The total sum of the order must exceed $300.00 USD after all eligible discounts and deductions have been calculated.
  • East Coast customers that place orders over $700.00 are eligible for a Free 2nd Day Upgrade (order process may take up to 1~2 business days)! The total sum of the order must exceed $700.00 USD after all eligible discounts and deductions have been calculated.
  • Shipments that are sent out as C.O.D. payments will be responsible for a service charge of $17.50 USD per box from UPS.
  • We are unable to ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any and all shipping promotions at any time, without prior notice.
Orders containing display units, boards, or trays are not eligible for free shipping.

Shipping and Transit Time

The transit time for your shipment depends entirely on your method of shipping, and in the case of orders placed with UPS Ground, how far you are located in relation to us. Customers that require a faster shipping method can choose from one of the following Express options: UPS Next Day, UPS Next Day Saver, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select.

Orders with priority shipping are guaranteed to ship the same day it is processed, as long as the order is received before our daily cutoff time of 10 AM Pacific Standard Time. Orders that are shipped by Ground will be sent out within 1~2 business days of the order being put into process, and the transit time will depend on your location. Shipping Terms and Conditions

UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS Next Day, UPS Next Day Saver, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select, where such services are available (all 50 states and Puerto Rico).

The guarantee does not apply to UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond the control of UPS, including but not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept the delivery of the shipment; acts of God; any delays due to natural disasters.

If your shipment was delayed in any way due to the reasons stated above, HBJ and UPS are not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.

We will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen if there was no “Signature Requirement” service on the package. Please check the “Signature Required” option during check out in order to ensure the safe delivery of your package. There is a $6.35 signature requirement fee that will be added to your shipping cost.

Wrong Address Corrections

Please carefully check both your billing and shipping address before finalizing any order. If in any case there is an error in your shipping information, you may be assessed any of the following:

  • If your address is residential and you mark commercial, there will be a $5.85 fee per box added.
  • If there is any error in your shipping address (such as street number, name, suite number, etc.) that requires correction, UPS will charge a correction fee of $19.50 that you must be responsible for.
